In celebration of Heart Month, CPR Choice is proud to offer a FREE community education class designed to help you know what to do when every second counts.

This informational course is open to adults and children ages 9 and older and focuses on lifesaving awareness and action.

During this class, participants will learn how to:
• Recognize the signs and symptoms of a stroke
• Activate EMS quickly and effectively
• Perform Hands-Only CPR
• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

This is not a certification course, but an important educational opportunity to build confidence, raise awareness, and empower our community to respond in an emergency.

 1 hour friends and family course (NO CERTIFICATION)
